A VA Accreditation CLE approved for credit by the:

Florida Bar 4 hours Elder Law CLE credit
If you are licensed in another state, we will help you receive your State Bar CLE credit and complete any forms your State Bar requires.

​Since 2009, every State Bar has given CLE credits for all LawDox courses.

This CLE satisfies the VA's Accreditation CLE requirement for the CLE that must be taken by all accredited attorneys within 12 months from the date of accreditation AND may be used to maintain your accreditation after the 12-month period.

Training covers both VA Compensation and Pension forms and instruction.

NOTE:

  • You may ask questions about VA Law during the question & answer session
  • You will receive a USEFUL transcript for your practice. (Almost 300 pages!) The transcript contains 2025 rates and the latest up-to-date forms
  • VA Compensation and Pension claim and appeal procedures and forms discussed

You will receive training on the following topics federally mandated by the VA for the Accreditation CLE:

  • Representation before the VA
  • Claims Procedures
  • Basic Eligibility for VA Benefits
  • The Right to Appeal
  • Disability Compensation
  • Dependency and Indemnity Compensation
  • Pension

Additionally, this CLE covers topics that include, but are not limited to:

  • An overview of the VA structure,
  • Researching VA Laws,
  • Attorney's fees,
  • CHAMPVA,
  • Tricare, VA Health Care,
  • Requirements and forms to maintain your accreditation and the forms and instructions for representing claimants with VA Compensation and VA Pension claims.

An unlimited number of your staff can attend at no additional charge*.
To receive VA credit, you must attend in the ZOOM app so that electronic attendance software can verify your attendance for State Bar and VA random audits.

*On a single computer or by using a projection system. Credit is only given to the name/email that registered.
